The matter comes up on a misc. application for restoration of the writ application, that was dismissed in view of the peremptory order dated 31^st August, 2018, passed by this Court.

Though the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application seeking restoration are not very convincing; however, for the lapses of the counsel/clerk, the petitioner may not be made to suffer; while I would grant the misc. application for restoration, but subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees: One Thousand), to be deposited within two weeks hereinafter with the Rajasthan Legal Service Authority, Jaipur.

It is made clear that counsel would also do the needful to cure the defects as directed vide order dated 31^st August, 2018, within two weeks aforesaid, failing which; this order will stand recalled without further reference to the Court with consequences to follow.
