Matter has come up on misc. application filed by the Corporation seeking clarification to the extent of payment of dearness allowance as being referred to in the order dt.6-2-2009 may be recalled since there are special appeals on the self same subject matter of dearness allowance pending before the Division Bench of this Court.
After this Court has heard counsel for the review petitioner, finds no reason to recall the order to the extent prayed for.
Accordingly, the review application stands rejected. However, the applicant is always at liberty to avail remedy which the law permits.
