Learned Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma appearing on behalf of respondent C.B.I. submits that trial of the case is at fake end, therefore this misc. petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this misc. petition at this stage with liberty to raise all objections before the trial Court as well as before the Appellate Court in case conviction is recorded by the trial Court.
In view of it, this misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
