Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the due compliance of the order dated 29.01.2018 has been made by the concerned authorities.
In view of the aforesaid fact situation, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition.
In view of the statement so made and looking to the fact that notices have not been issued in the present contempt petition, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the contempt petition.
The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
