Mr. Sunil Joshi, learned counsel submits that the encroachment made by the petitioners herein, on the public land forming part of of the road had already been removed on 24.11.17.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the encroachment made by other persons having been removed by the State authorities, the order disobedience whereof is alleged in the contempt petition stands substantially complied with.
In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to proceed with the contempt proceedings any further.
The contempt proceedings are dropped. Notices are discharged.
