Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor on the application for suspension of sentence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusedpetitioner is in custody since 08.03.2018 when the lower appellate Court rejected the appeal.
Accused-petitioner has been convicted for the offences under sections 41 & 42 of the Rajasthan Forest Act and sentenced with simple imprisonment for three months alongwith fine.
Without commenting upon the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the accusedpetitioner.

Accordingly, the bail application for suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence passed by learned trial court and affirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Karauli vide his judgment dated 08.03.2018 passed in Criminal Appeal No.20/2017 against the accused-petitioner Ramkesh S/o Kirodi Meena shall remain suspended till final disposal of present revision petition provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs.10,000/each to the satisfaction of the trial court for his appearance in this Court on 16.04.2018 and, as and when called upon to do so.
