This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against rejection of his representation by order dated 29.5.2018 (Annex.13). The petitioner had made the representation regarding grant of promotion and posting him at Udaipur, as on account of some family circumstances, he wanted to stay back at Bhilwara.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has joined on the promotional post at Udaipur and, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed as having become infructuous. In case, any further cause of action arises to the petitioner in future for getting posted at Bhilwara, the petitioner would be free to prosecute his remedy in accordance with law.
