Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after successful selection on the post of Patwari , the petitioner has been accorded posting in District Udaipur, while the first preference furnished by the petitioner for posting was in Jhunjhunu. Further, there are so many other Districts which are in vicinity to District Jhunjhunu, where vacancies are still in existence, namely, Churu, Hanumangarh and Sikar, yet the petitioner has been posted to a distant district.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the materials available on record; for the present, the petitioner is directed to address a comprehensive representation within two weeks hereinafter.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the period aforesaid, the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible; however, in no case later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
