After arguing for some time, Mr. Manoj Bhandari learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to lay appropriate challenge to the contentious will so also to file appropriate application in relation to the objections so raised by him regarding veracity and effect of the will.
With the aforesaid liberty, the permission to withdraw is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
