The instant writ petition was preferred on behalf of petitioner -firm through its power of attorney holder Shri Surendra Kumar Bhansali for challenging the NIT tender dated 15.11.2017 issued by the respondents Municipal Council, Jodhpur for setting up high mask lights in the city of Jodhpur. Nearly a year has passed since the tender process in question was initiated. Much water has flown since then. Petitioner has been provided repeated opportunities to remove the defects but till date, no steps have been taken.
No-one has appeared on behalf of petitioner to prosecute the writ petition. Thus the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
