Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the appellate court, i.e. the Additional District and Sessions Judge No.1, Chittorgarh, is requested to decide the Civil Appeal No.1/2016 titled as “Krishna Vs. Sumitra & Ors.” expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of submission of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of in these terms.
