Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered in the case of Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP No.13731/2018 & other connected writ petitions decided on 27.11.2018, wherein qua the PET held on 09.09.2018 at Kota, determination has been made that the track was pretty muddy and therefore, the result of PET was quashed and the petitioners were granted one more opportunity to undergo PET.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to dispute that the issue raised is covered by the case of Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors. (supra).

In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is allowed. The result of the petitioner in this petition pertaining to the PET conducted by the respondents is quashed and set-aside. The respondents are directed to hold fresh PET for the petitioner on 15.12.2018 at Rajasthan Police Training Centre, Mandore Road, Jodhpur and based on the performance of the petitioner, if the petitioner passes the PET and her name appears in the merit-list, she shall be granted appointment from the date other candidates were granted appointment pursuant to the recruitment with actual benefits from the date of appointment.
