The petitioner has challenged the notice dated 08.06.2018 (Annexure-1) issued by the Superintendent, Central Goods and Service Tax Range-XXXVII, CAD Circle, CR Building, Kota.
In our considered opinion, it is only a notice, therefore, it will be open for the petitioner to reply the same and the authority of the respondents will consider the matter and decide the same in accordance with the law.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. This also disposes of the stay application.
