Contempt petition was filed aggrieved by show cause notice dated 28.05.2018 on the allegation that the show cause notice was issued in breach of the status quo order passed by this Court on 05.02.1997.
Mr. D.V. Tholia, learned Additional Advocate General submits that immediately upon status quo order being brought to the notice of the concerned District Collector, show cause notice was

kept in abeyance and the instructions were issued to Tehsildar concerned to abide by the aforesaid status quo order.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does
not press the present contempt petition which is accordingly dismissed.
Notices of contempt are discharged.
