Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the verification has already been done in pursuance of the selection process for the post of LDC arising out of advertisement year 2013.
Learned counsel for the respondent assures the Court that as the verification has been made, therefore, consequential consideration of the petitioner shall be done.
In view of the above, the present petition is also disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner on the post of LDC for recruitment arising out advertisement year 2013 strictly in accordance with law as per
