petitioner has been included in the list of candidates accorded promotion and his name appears at serial No.14. For the reasons detailed out in the memo of application supported
by an affidavit, the prayer seeking perlnission to withdraw the writ application merits acceptance.
Accordingly, application (LA. No.35203/201S), is hereby allowed.
As a consequence, writ proceedings stands closed.
