The matter comes up on the above noted miscellaneous application, with a prayer for correction in the casue title with reference to details of petitioner-applicant No.4, who infact is posted at "Panchayat Samiti Todabhim", district Karauli; but on account of clerical error same has been recorded as "Panchayat Samiti Nadauti".
For the reasons detailed out in the memo of application and in view of affidavit in support of application; the error needs to be corrected.
Accordingly, application is hereby allowed.
Amended cause title enclosed with application incorporating the necessary correction with reference to the details of petitioner-applicant No.4, shall be taken on record and arranged at appropriate place, in the record of the case file.
But for the correction as indicated above, rest of the order dated 19th January, 2018, shall be maintained as such.
