By the instant writ petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 23rd of August, 2018 (Annex.3) passed by the Addl. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sirohi, whereby he is transferred as Gram Sewak-cum-Secretary from Gram Panchayat Rampura, Panchayat Samiti Pindwara to Gram Panchayat Kalandri, Panchayat Samiti Sirohi, where post is lying vacant.
In the writ petition, petitioner has urged many grounds to question the impugned transfer order.
While arguing before the Court, learned counsel has abandoned his challenge to the impugned transfer order but has craved leave to submit a detailed representation before the concerned authority for rescinding the transfer order.
In this view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to submit a representation incorporating all the grounds and competent

authority is expected to consider representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within a period of fortnight from the date of receipt of representation.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
