Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar nature writ petitions being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11456/2018 (Dinesh Kumar Garg v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12198/2018 (Chetnya Prakash Sharma v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), decided by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, directions have been given by the Court for deciding the representation made by the petitioner and, therefore, similar directions be issued.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner files a fresh representation within two

weeks from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation by passing a speaking order.
