As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties; the petitioners are allowed to submit the necessary documentary evidence along with a representation to the concerned authorities in Districts Jaipur, Sikar and Dausa, within two weeks, hereinafter.
In that event, claim of the petitioner(s), be considered according to merit and if the claim is found admissible, relief be accorded as granted to identically placed persons. If the petitioner(s) fall in the merit, appointment shall be accorded, with consequential benefits on notional basis.
The respondents are directed to do the needful as expeditiously as possible; preferably, within three months from the date representation is submitted as aforesaid. Declining the claim of the petitioner(s) must be for reasons recorded and communicated to the petitioner(s). The petitioner(s) would be at liberty to avail of legal remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
