The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing of the directions in the Letter dated 13.07.2017 asking the petitioner – college to submit the list of qualified teachers as per the amended Regulations of 2017.
It is stated that after filing of the present writ petition, the qualified teachers as per the Regulations of 2017 are now available and shall soon be appointed. Thus, no disqualification remains. It is stated that the petitioner – college had submitted the application/representation bringing to the notice of the respondent authorities about the availability of the qualified teachers, which is still pending.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner – college to file fresh application before the respondent authorities providing all the details in response to the earlier notice issued by the respondents on 13.07.2017. In case, the same is filed within a period of 15 days

from today, the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same within 15 days of the receipt of the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
