The present contempt petition has been filed for violation of the Order dated 16.01.2018 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14362/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the order under contempt has been complied with.
In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in
continuing with the contempt proceedings.
Dismissed accordingly. Rule is discharged.
However, in case, there is any discrepancy in the payment, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the respondents authorities within two weeks from today. In case, the said representation is filed within the stipulated period, the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
