The matter was placed before the Lok Adalat today.
The parties have settled the matter through Lok Adalat as under:-
Learned counsel for the parties on instructions have settled the dispute towards full and final settlement for an additional amount of Rs.90,000/- over and above the award amount. The said amount shall be deposited in the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today and be disbursed to the claimants in accordance with law.
In case of non-payment of aforesaid amount within a period of eight weeks
from today, the same shall be paid to the claimants alongwith interest @ 9% per
annum.
The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement aforesaid. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
