Heard on the writ petition filed to seek emergent parole to attend the ritual on the death of petitioner’s mother-in-law. As per Annexure-1, petitioner’s mother-in-law died on 08.11.2018 thus she has already been cremated followed by third day meeting. It is only that one ritual would be on 19.11.2018 but we do not find any justification for grant of emergent parole for it. It is more so when, the allegation against the petitioner is for murder of her sister-in-law (Bhabhi). Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
