Heard learned counsels for both the sides.

This misc. petition has been preferred on behalf of accusedpetitioners to quash and set-aside the impugned FIR No.76/2015, registered at PS Todabhim, District Karauli for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B & 193 IPC.

Petitioners Santosh Kumar, Kajodi Lal Jangid and Kailash as also complainant-non-petitioner vijay Kumar are present in person, who are identified by their respective counsels.

Counsel for both the sides as also all the petitioners and

complainant-non-petitioner submit that the matter has been amicably settled between them. The property in regard to which the allegation was made in the FIR to have forged documents regarding sale thereof, has been sold in favour of the accusedpetitioners by the complainant. The suit filed for permanent injunction in regard to the said property has also been withdrawn on account of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The order dated 19.01.2018 has been referred to in regard to the compromise in the civil suit. Thereafter, the compromise dated 09.02.2018 has also been placed on record whereby the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant has mentioned therein that he is not interested in continuing the proceedings in FIR No.76/2015 against the accused-petitioners.

In view of above, this Court is satisfied that no purpose will be served in continuation of the proceedings in FIR No.76/2015, registered at PS Todabhim, Distt. Karauli as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

Consequently, the misc. petition is allowed and FIR No.76/2015, registered at PS Todabhim, Distt. Karauli and the proceedings pursuant to it are quashed and set-aside.
