Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that a direction be issued to the Special Metropolitan Magistrate (N.I. Act Cases) No.9, Jaipur Metropolitan, to expeditiously conclude the trial arising out of case No.587/2016 titled Ashok Saini vs Banwari Lal.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner had filed a complaint on 19.03.2016 thereafter accusedrespondent appeared and notice of accusation was served. It is contended that petitioner filed an affidavit in evidence on 11.04.2016, yet proceedings are not concluded.
After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of, by issuing a direction to Special Metropolitan Magistrate (N.I. Act Cases) No.9, Jaipur Metropolitan, to conclude the trial within nine months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
