Smt Prem Devi Vs State of Raj and Ors.

Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying therein that a direction be issued to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation and submit report of investigation in respect of F.I.R. No.374/2015 dated 03.09.2015 registered at Police Station Chaksu Jaipur Rural, Jaipur for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B I.P.C.

After going through the contents of the application, the present petition is allowed and the Investigating Officer is directed to submit the report of investigation along with his opinion in respect of above said F.I.R. in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
