The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that a direction be issued to the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, No.17, West, Jaipur Metropolitan to conclude the trial arising out of FIR No. 182/2014 registered at Police Station Bani Park, Jaipur (South) for the offences under Sections 420, 419 and 120B IPC.

The present petition has been filed by the accused petitioner stating that his father expired in 2013 and he had participated in the Temporary Constable (Executive) Male Examination held by Delhi Police.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that during the pendency of the trial, career of the petitioner is in jeopardy.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Public Prosecutor, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial Judge to conclude the trial within a
