Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the police have already file Negative Final Report No.19/2018 dated 26.03.2018 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ladnu, District Nagaur, this criminal misc. petition has become infructuous.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 31.07.2018 of this effect.
In view of the above submission, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
