This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing FIR No.164/2015 of Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Pali.
The matter was investigated by the I.O. namely Mr.Milan Kumar Johiya, Addl. S.P., CID (CB), Jaipur, who is present in person before this Court today. It is submitted by the I.O. that he has completed the investigation and concluded that the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the above referred FIR are not proved and a false complaint has been filed by the complainant. It

is further stated by the I.O. that he has submitted the report to the Addl. Director General of Police, CID (CB), Jaipur and further proceedings will be conducted by the police as per his instructions.
In view of the fact that the I.O. has already completed the investigation in the matter and submitted his report with the conclusion that no offence is made out against the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition.
Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed.
