Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that a direction be issued to the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahuwa, District Dausa, to conclude the trial pertaining to criminal case No.624/2017 titled Hemendra Singh vs. Bhag Chand, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner has contended that since 2017 proceedings are pending before the trial court for consideration of charge.
After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the trial court to conclude the consideration of charge within one month from today and thereafter, conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
