The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition seeking quashing of FIR, since investigating agency has proposed to file Final Report in negative form, qua the petitioner nos. 3 to 6 be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to renew prayer made in this petition in case need so arises.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
For the reasons stated above, application bearing inward no. 11389/2018 seeking withdrawal of the main petition, stands allowed.
