The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that since during pendency of present petition, Investigating Agency has filed charge-sheet, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all arguments available to them before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
As prayed, the present petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
