The present petition has been filed by the accused petitioner praying that a direction be issued to the investigating officer to conclude the investigation pertaining to FIR No. 34/2016 registered at Police Station Banipark, Jaipur (South) for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406 and 120B IPC. A further prayer has been made that the investigating officer be directed to conduct fair and impartial investigation.

After hearing the petitioner who is present in person, the present petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the investigating officer to conclude the investigation of the above said FIR within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. A further direction is given to the

investigating officer to submit report of investigation alongwith his opinion in the court of competent jurisdiction after conclusion of the investigation.

The petitioner has stated that he had obtained anticipatory bail, hence, the investigating officer is directed that in case he has to call the petitioner, he shall serve prior notice upon the petitioner giving atleast ten days’ time to appear before him. In case the petitioner has any grievance against the notice issued, he can take recourse his lawful remedy.

With the directions issued above and liberty granted, the present petition is disposed of.
