This contempt petition has founded upon the non-compliance of the interim order dated 19.12.2017 in S.B.C.W.P. No.23488/2017 filed at the instance of the petitioner.
Dr.P.M. Verma appearing for the respondent submitted that the said order dated 19.12.2017 has been set aside vide order dated 23.02.2018. And resultantly this contempt petition is liable to be dismissed.
The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed for reason recorded above. Notices are discharged.
