Mr.Lokesh Katara, Officer-in-Charge submits that compliance with the order dated 10.10.2017 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.17072/2017 has been made, inasmuch as the representation filed pursuant thereto has been decided vide order dated 05.2.2018 under the hand of Director, Secondary Education, Bikaner.
In view of the submission made, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notices are discharged.
The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed on his representation.
