Petitioner-complainant had lodged FIR No.79/2011 at Police Station Rupangarh. The said FIR was thoroughly investigated and the investigating agency submitted Final Report in negative form. Aggrieved against the same, petitioner filed a protest petition. The court of Judicial Magistrate, Kishangarh, District Ajmer accepted the Final Report in negative form and had dismissed the protest petition. Aggrieved against the same, petitioner filed a revision petition. The revisional court below also upheld the order passed by the concerned Magistrate.
Except factual submissions which were advanced before the two courts below, no other submission has been made before this court. Two courts below have applied their mind. This court being third court shall refrain to tread on the path to reevaluate and reappreciate the evidence gathered by the investigating agency. No patent illegality or perversity is discernible in the orders passed by the two courts below.
Hence, present petition being devoid of merits is dismissed.
