The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that during the pendency of the present petition, matrimonial dispute has been amicably resolved and the petitioner husband and respondent wife are living together, as husband and wife.
Mr. Bheem Singh Bairwa, counsel for the respondent / aggrieved wife has submitted that the proceedings initiated by the wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C. had already been withdrawn.
The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent,

the present petition be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
