Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.107/2016 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Kota City (Raj.) offences under Sections 498A and 406 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
On 24.08.2018 following order was passed by this court:-
“List again on 27.09.2018. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
Learned State counsel has submitted that in terms of the
above order, petitioner has joined investigation.

Since, petitioner has joined investigation, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated
24.08.2018, is made absolute.
