Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.26/2017 registered at Police Station S.O.G., JaipurMetropolitan for offence under Sections 3/25, 5/25 of Arms Act, 1959
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2018. Challan has already been presented in the court. Petitioner has been involved in this case on the basis of the statement of his co-accused Bhajan Lal recorded while in police custody. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this court.
Learned State Counsel has opposed the petition.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioner on bail.
