Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 438/2017 registered at Police Station Bajaj Nagar, District Jaipur (Raj.) for offence under Sections 420, 406 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case. Petitioner has not cheated the complainant. Company has not been arrayed as an accused. Investigation has not been properly conducted in this case by the investigating agency.
Learned state counsel, has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is involved in thirty two criminal cases.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
