(1) The writ petition has been decided vide order dated 24.05.2017 whereby it has been directed that the writ petition is covered by Mukesh Kumar Tailor Vs. State of Raj. & Anr. , SBCWP No.750/2017 .
(2) Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the compliance of the order has not been made.
(3) I have considered the submissions and find that in Mukesh Kumar Tailor (supra) following observation has been
made: -

“c. This Court is aware that some of the candidates are bound to be left out even though they have got more marks than the last candidate but taking into account the limited number of vacancies, the said candidates shall have to try their luck in the next recruitment process afresh.”
(4) Thus, no case for contempt is made out as there is no
positive direction in favour of the petitioner.
(5) The contempt petition is dismissed.
