Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.346/2016 registered at Police Station Neemrana, District Alwar (Raj.) for offences under Sections 392 and 397 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017. Petitioner has been falsely involved in this case.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the complainant while appearing in the witness box during trial, has duly identified the petitioner. Bail petition filed by co-accused Mahesh has been dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
