Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.180/2011 registered at Police Station Bandikui, District Dausa for offence under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 477-A and 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the complainant have submitted that parties have amicably settled their dispute.
Learned counsel for the complainant has not opposed the petition.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
