Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 211/2013 registered at Police Station J.D.A., Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case. Petitioner has not signed any allotment letters-in-question.
Learned state counsel, has opposed the petition and has submitted that the accused inconnivance with each other had prepared forged agreement and had issued allotment letters on behalf of Hathroi Gadhi Grah Nirman Sahkari Samiti. Petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, and the fact that the anticipatory bail petition filed by coaccused Bhupendra Singh was dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench of this court, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.
