Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 75/2018 registered at Police Station Laxmangarh, District Alwar, Raj. for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not prepared the fake driving licence. Petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned state counsel, has opposed the petition.
As per the prosecution story, driving licence in possession of the petitioner was a forged one. In-fact, the licencing authority had not issued driving licence in favour of the petitioner authorising him to drive a heavy goods vehicle.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
