Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 87/2018 registered at Police Station Sikandra, District Dausa for offence under Section 395 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, 1959.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018. Challan has already been presented in the court.
Learned state counsel, has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner has been duly identified in the test identification parade by the complainant.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner and his coaccused had entered the shop of the complainant and had

looted liquor bottles and cash lying in the safe. It is also the case of the complainant that the accused had fired and had kept the firearm on the temple of the complainant before looting the shop. Petitioner has been identified in the test identification parade by the complainant.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
