This Court vide order dated 4.10.2018 has directed the petitioner to appear before the I.O. on or before 12.11.2018.
Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant have made a categorical statement that despite specific direction given by this Court, the petitioner has failed to appear before the I.O. on or before 12.11.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to satisfy that pursuant to the direction given by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O.
In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Hence, this bail application filed under Section 438 CrPC is dismissed.
