The present bail application alongwith connected matter listed before this Court was allowed vide order dated 23.04.2018 and the petitioner Tan Singh was ordered to be released on bail. However, due to typographical error, the name of counsel appearing for the petitioner so also the header of case was wrongly mentioned.
Accordingly, it is directed that in the Bail application No. 3870/2018, the name of counsel for the petitioner be read as “Mr. Dhirendra Singh” instead of B.K. Meher and the header on second page be read as “CRLMB-3870/2018” instead of CRLMB3897/2018.
