Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence this bail application is rejected. However, petitioner is permitted to surrender before the trial Court on 12/05/2018 and file an application for bail under Section 437 Cr.P.C and it is expected from the trial Court that bail application will be decided on the same day. Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.177/2017 Police Station Arnod, District Pratapgarh.
